The brief required a responsive digital solution that would work within the client’s current lead practice management software platform. The challenge was to create a modern design that would be customisable while maintaining a high level of visual appeal and an optimised user experience.
We created a customisable content management and booking system that allowed the client to reskin the platform to sit within their own company brand and marketing suite while maintaining tight control on the overall user experience. With the measures put in place and the strict rules we applied to the platform logic, the client is able to create a bespoke look and feel without jeopardising the overall user experience.
My role for this project was lead UI designer and product development. I initially began with a 3-day blind review of the current platform. This allowed me to view the platform from the eyes of a potential user, experiencing the pain points and barriers to task completion first-hand.
I provided the client with a detailed report on the current platform weaknesses and failures alongside suggested improvements and development that could be put in place to improve the general user experience and overall visual appeal to the platform.
I was then tasked to offer a complete redesign of the platform from user interface to overall user experience.
